We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery location is confirmed.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. Once a prescription has been issued and the medication has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds in accordance with UK medicines regulations.
